Chase our giant gingerbread man around the West Regional library. When you find him, take a selfie or just come to the desk and tell us where you found him. Prizes will be rewarded each time “Gingy” is found. The Gingerbread Man will be in a new place every day in December.

The Prep and Landing unit needs new recruits for the Kringle Academy and they want your help! Join us for the most “Elf-tastic” party where we will watch the movie Prep and Landing (PG| 22 mins, 2009) engage in elf spy training, and maybe solve a mystery or two. Best for elves ages 4-11.

For The Polar Express Experience, bundle up in your pajamas!
Meet at our train station to be greeted by conductors, holiday games, and a photo booth. Board the Polar Express (PG: 1h 40m) for a merry caroling session and a viewing of the film. Then disembark at the North Pole and receive a souvenir ornament to make. And who knows? Perhaps you’ll meet Santa and be the one to receive the first gift of Christmas!

Join us at the Ben May Main Library for some holiday fun. At 2:00 – 2:30- Build an awesome Ice Cream Sunday like Kevin does in the movie! Use our Marble Maze game, LEGOs, and other building materials to see if you are as clever as Kevin. Then at 2:30-4:30 – Watch the Home Alone (PG/102 min) movie that started it all on the large screen in Bernheim Hall.
P.S. Santa is planning to drop by to pick up the last box of letters, so bring your letter to make sure it makes it to the North Pole.
