Join the Parkway Branch staff for their annual Spring Tea for children aged 3 to 12; Parents are encouraged to attend with their young children. Wear your cutest Spring outfit . Expect a surprise visit. Sit back and enjoy the tasty tea and the scrumptious snacks.
