Learn the art of Qigong! (Registration is required; class is adults only – ages 18 & up)
Join us at Semmes Regional Library every other Saturday morning to learn this Chinese system that combines repetitive movements, breathing techniques, focused attention and meditation to achieve harmony and balance.
