Come delve into local people, places and events that shaped Mobile into what it is today.
Join us each month for a different guest lecturer. Today Paula Webb will share her insight into the historic women of Mobile, Alabama, who are known for being elegant yet strong. This talk will focus on Madame Octavia Walton LeVert, but will also look into other impressive women from the city’s past.
