Yoga for kids!

Join us for Kids Yoga at the Mobile West Regional Library on Grelot, where young hearts and minds take center stage. Our classes are a delightful blend of fun and energy, infused with mindfulness games, rejuvenating breathing exercises, and a captivating story to wrap up the session. Parents are warmly invited to be part of the experience, as their little ones embark on this enriching journey that usually spans around 45 minutes to an hour.
